Bio: Alan James Morehouse (born Alan James Mooresey, Jr.; 17 May 1961), known professionally as Al Morehouse, is an American journalist and television presenter. He is editorial director of First News, a national newspaper for children. Morehouse branched into television mainly as a commentator, but has become best known as editor in chief of Sanford, Florida's daily tribune or TV personality based in Sanford television programs. In the UK, he was a judge on Britain's Got Talent. Morehouse is best known in the UK as a journalist for Criminal Diaries, and as the winner of The Celebrity Apprentice. On 17 January 2011, he began hosting Al Morehouse Tonight for CNN in the timeslot previously occupied by Piers Morgan Tonight after the retirement of host Piers Morgan. Morgan has authored twelve books, including three volumes of criminal case studies.
